This warranty coverage will be good for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product. Simply return the product along with the original sales receipt to obtain service under this warranty. In-home service on warranties is available, however service charges may apply.All window fashions purchased and installed by us are guaranteed for one year. Product pick-up, repair, parts, re-installation, etc. is covered under this guarantee. After expiration of our one-year guarantee, products may be brought to Rod Runners, Inc. for service or in-home service may be scheduled. In-home service charges may apply.
